Mother's Day

I was playing around with my stamps this evening and this is what I came up with. You really can't see the glitter on the word MOM but its there and it looks good. I used suede fabric on the flower. I tried what so many have tried before - making the flower out of ribbon except I used fabric. It was really easy and fun. Well hope you enjoy it.

Furry Friends

I had meaning to post this card, its a card I used for the Connecticut Regionals but I was having technical difficulties with my computer and as you can see I am catching up on some of the projects that I have made or have been working on. It sucks because my job requires me to travel all the time and I seldom get time to do what I enjoy most - cards.... Argghh!! But such is life.

Summer Fun

I made this card for a swap I was invited to participate in. And the theme of the swap was stamp sets from the Summer Mini, I used Stampin' Up set Sunny Fun and Summer Splash. It's a shaker card. I really liked the way this card turned out. It was a bit challenging, I had sand all over the place it was fun....

Flower Pots - The Many Possibilities

I cased this flower pot from:

http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1949251?&si=flowerpot

I cannot recall the individuals name but she was nice enough to post the link on how to make these flowers. They are really easy to make once you learn how. Its a good way to get rid of all the retired Stampin' Up DSP which is what I did on this one.

I made 2 of them, this is the 1st one I made the 2nd one (on top) doesnt look so bad either but I like the color scheme better. Not to mention these flower pots would be good Mother's Day gift or any occassion for that matter. Well I hope you like them.

Wings to My Heart

This is another swap I used for the SU! regionals. I love this card. I think it makes a good Love card. It's also very simple. I used a few punches as you can see...

Falling Leaves

This is one of the swaps that I used for the Stampin' Up! Regional in Hartford, CT. There's really nothing to this card. It's very simple and I love the color scheme.

Heart to Heart

I made this card some time ago. This is an Easel card and its very easy to make, it measures 4 1/4 all around. This card can be used for just about any occasion, especially Valentine's Day. I used the Hostess Set Punch Potpourri (118394; set of 4). I also used Retired Stampin' Up! set Stem Sayings for the wording.
